		Please Check these items and Agree Below
		page are to bleed have a 1/8" bleed. All image files need to be in formats like -TIFF or EPS. All imagesfield need to be in CMYK not RGB. Cmyknet.com will charge $15.00 to convert any image from RGB to cmyk All color imagesfield and B/W halftones are 300 DPI at final size. All spot colors in layout and supporting documents have been converted to CMYK. All imagesfield, illustrations, fonts, and layouts are included on the disk. It is a good idea to do a check spelling on all your documents A B/W or color mock-up is included with the disk. The Contract form has been filled out completely and correctly.
